Web Design
Examples and breakdowns of my in-house and freelance work. From a global studio with 500+ employees and work on major projects such as "The Pitt" and "Weapons", to an single content creator with half a million followers as he develops his small business.
This visual effects studio based in the heart of Hollywood needed a refresh of their existing website. Initial steps included consulting with their leadership to develop brand guidelines and solidify design parameters.
-
A stark red from their logo paired with black and white values created bold contrast in line with their image.
-
Emphasis was placed on visuals to highlight marquee projects and clients.
-
A new CMS system allowed them to continue to make updates and changes with ease.
This ultimately created a database of projects spanning two and a half decades of work on feature films and television series.
This client has a diverse range of needs to help segment different arms of his growing business. His brand emulates the warmth and flow of his design style and brand: built to withstand the test of time.
-
We focused first impressions on the foundations of his platform: furniture restoration and designed spaces.
-
We partnered on creating a brand and style before applying these principles to his website.
-
A content management system (CMS) allows him to curate and display both his restoration pieces and new design projects.
-
We also built a private storefront for curated drops of furniture and decor collected from thrift stores, antique markets, and estate sales. This has the infrastructure for him to provide custom links for his interior design clients to purchase their pieces.
As a working production designer, we also created a showcase for his portfolio with a different type of clientele in the entertainment industry. Rather than creating a new site, we decided to link his portfolio to the design business.
